Let me say that we are happy with the look, the quality, and functionality of the doors. They are quite good and are the reason why we gave as high a rating to the company as we did. The service given and responsiveness of the company to not only us but also our contractor was stunningly poor. Despite the quality of the doors, we would prefer not to do business with Boiseries Pro again. Our contractor ran most of the interference when dealing with the company and it's poor service, but our only own direct experience with the staff left me unimpressed. On one occasion a delivery guy was clumsy and knocked over a framed piece of art sitting on the floor. (We were moving in.) The jerk just chuckled about the mishap and didn't bother to pick up the painting. On another occasion, a service technician called in to make a repair did not show up as agreed. In fact, he never rescheduled, and our general contractor had to make the repair. The company made major mistakes with our order from the beginning - delivering doors of two different designs and even delivering a custom made door with unmatched door latch and latch hole on the frame. It was to move the latch hole up that the above-mentioned service technician was called in. My contractor was very disappointed in and embarrassed by the treatment we and he received from Boiseries Pro. Honestly, from our experience, the Pro in the name is misleading. This company demonstrated very little professionalism in our dealings with it.
