They were a NO SHOW! No phone call either. We know of 2 other people who contracted with them & 1 said they were a no show last weekend, the 2nd person is expecting them this weekend but is now concerned. If they didn't want the work they should of said so...VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. It's official, they were a no show for the 2nd person this weekend. They solicited our neighborhood for work, provided estimates, why bother if you weren't interested in the work. UNPROFESSIONAL & BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

We did a very comprehensive landscaping project with this company that involved the excavation of…read moreour side yard and the building of a multi level patio inclusive of a hot tub, fire pit area, and seating area. Upon completion, we found a significant error: one portion of the patio was not built with the appropriate drainage to allow rainwater to run off / drain. As a result of this, all of the rainwater is collecting in the corner of the patio. We have followed up more than a dozen times for this company to come fix the issue. At one point, they did come out to look at the issue and committed to fixing it. However, more than three months have passed and they have stopped returning all texts and calls, and a failed to fix the issue. In addition, several stains have collected on the patio and we have been told by four other landscaping companies that it should have been sealed immediately. As a result of this not happening, there is no way to eliminate the stains. Finally, they committed to fixing all of the damaged landscaping around the patio. The dirt they laid down turned into a massive jungle of weeds. he initially blamed it on our lack of watering; that was completely baseless. We had two other landscaping companies come out to look at it and they tested the quality of the dirt. They said it was construction gray dirt, at best. We ended up having to spend about $2000 with a different company to lay down sod. All of these issues should have been addressed based on the contract we signed. We have mentioned that to him and they have completely ignored all communication. we also contacted the owner of the company, and he has not responded either. This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I could have envisioned. This business operates without integrity and I encourage anybody to use any other company for their landscaping and patio needs.
