They have a huge parking lot and plenty of space to park. It's a massive location and there are tons of aisles. The moment I walked in there was a guy waiting to answer questions and he directed me to an information desk few isles away to find what I was looking for. The moment I arrived at this desk a guy walked along with me and help me find what I needed and explained the various options before leaving me alone to decide what I wanted. The cash out was also quick and polite. I must admit service like this is rare in such places in Germany specially on a Saturday ;-)) very pleased that I went here and not know where to find things, great to have help. It's of course German only but quite easy to understand fortunately :-) I would definitely come here again. Good selection, good prices and great service.

When you do finally find someone they tell you to wait for someone else. That person ever comes. The last time we went we literally had to wait for 25 minutes just to get someone to open the cage with the drill that we wanted to buy. I get that everyone is understaffed, but there are also people walking around talking to each other instead of helping clients. It's hard for us because we are here trying to renovate a house, and we can't find anything that we need because of the way the store is set up. we are not familiar with the brands so sometimes we have questions in regards to paint, etc. we are spending hundreds of Euro on tools, but can't get a real bill of sale. Until I find an alternative, we are forced to get our tools and renovation items at the store. As soon as I find somewhere else close by, I will go there.

I first heard of them here on Yelp and was impressed enough by the positive reviews to try it out. They don't have the mega range of crap kitchens and kitschy lamps etc. that you find in the larger stores, but what they do have is good prices and, above all, exceptionally friendly, helpful, skilled non-patronizing staff who go out of their way to help you solve your problem. For this reason alone I would never shop anywhere else for hardware now that I've experienced just this on 3 separate occasions, even though I have to make a detour to get there. Long may they flourish!
