Their price was comparable to other companies I called. The lady in the office was so friendly. I enjoyed chatting with her. She offers you coffee, water or soft drinks when you come in. The coffee was good and strong and appreciated. They were busy that and ended up taking 2-1/2 hours to finish my replacement. They do require a $50 deposit to schedule, but will apply it to the total of the job once it's complete. The day I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the lobby was and all of the helpful information posted throughout. Hayes had my Grace (my vehicle, of course) in the back within a few minutes of arriving. I made myself a nice K cup of coffee and relaxed as he started the work. Shortly after, Hayes asked me to come back to show me an issue he ran into while applying the tint to my back windshield. When my back windshield was replaced, somehow the metal tray under the back dash was raised and there wasn't enough room to get the tint on the glass in one corner. Hayes showed me the issue and gave me the options I had, which included tinting but having a gap not tinted where the issue was, or to wait and see what I could do (if anything) about the metal piece. He was even patient and kind with me as I FaceTimed my son to ask his advice, and Hayes also spoke directly to my son to come up with the best solution. I really appreciated him not just going through with the tint job and being unhappy with the gap that would exist. I haven't had the job done yet, but I will absolutely go to Tint Pro when I'm ready!

Nationwide forced an estimate from one of their people and Gerber (Bessemer, AL) was on the list. 30 minutes before my Mother's first appointment, they called and cancelled. She rescheduled for an afternoon appointment. Shelly called that morning asking her to bring it in within one hour. That wasn't possible. When reminded of the afternoon appointment, she stated there was no appointment scheduled. I called the third time and got an appointment for 9:00 a.m. Upon arrival, Shelly said "I thought your appointment was at 10:00." The excuses to the insurance company were "Weather, internet down and bad connections." I don't believe any of the three. There was nearly $7,000 worth of damage to the vehicle and their estimate was a complete joke. Thousands less than the repair would cost. Gerber is the cherry on top after dealing with Nationwide. My mother is not well. She didn't need the run around or any extra stress. You guys really need to do better. After leaving this review, Shelly contacted my Mother and was angry. She said we were supposed to pick up our rental car from them. Ha! She also mentioned me her daughter- me. Shelly, do not call my Mother again.
