I purchased a leather jacket from Gerard Darel online.
When I had issues with the price charged for the jacket (jacket itself labelled at a cheaper price than I paid, then reduced to half price the following week) I was ignored for weeks. When I demanded a response I was told by Phillipe and Evelyn Paradis that a return was now too late (obviously why they delayed reply).
I even escalated my concerns to the owner of the company, M. Maruani, as sometimes you just get an unhelpful Custmer Services operative, but he did not reply either.
I was treated with total disdain by Gerard Darel, perhaps a UK dislike due to Brexit? I don't know, but I will never shop there again. read more
