Between the unresponsive, lazy and unfriendly staff and Dr. Choudhary being cold as ICE I will never return to this medical office again. All they care about is charging the appointment deposit, no show fees and pushing off patients to the Nurse Practitioner and bill bill bill and file claims to the insurance companies. I arrived there at 11:05am and checked in. I sat in the waiting room patiently waiting to be seen. At 12:40ish the nurse called my name to be taken in the back to be seen and get vitals taken. She noticed that I was somewhat irritated as to having to wait so long. She said she was sorry but that was just the way the Dr was, meaning Dr. Toby Kirkwood. I told her it was unacceptable and I'm not going to tolerate it. She apologized and said that she would check back in with me in a little while. 5-10 minutes later, she came back and said the Dr would be another 5-10 minutes before he would see me. I told her no ma'am I'm not going to wait another minute and I walked out without seeing anyone today. I told her this is the last time I will be back to this clinic. I had another appointment next month but on my way out, I stopped by the desk and canceled it as well. I did receive my co-pay back that I had paid for today. I refuse to wait over hour half too 2hours to be seen. My time is just as precious as his......POOR SERVICE!!!! Watch your time!!!!
