I hired…read moreCarbon Law Group for a lease/business dispute that ended up turning into a full lawsuit, and looking back, I'm really glad I chose them. This whole thing dragged on for a while, and honestly it was one of the more stressful periods I've been through. There were a lot of moving parts, a lot of uncertainty, and plenty of moments where I didn't know what to expect next. But the team at Carbon Law was there through all of it. Pankaj in particular made a huge difference for me. He was patient, easy to reach, and never made me feel rushed when I had questions or just needed things explained again. More than anything, he helped me stay calm through a situation that could have easily overwhelmed me. That kind of steady support is hard to find, and it made a real difference in how I got through this. In the end, they negotiated a great settlement for me, and I walked away feeling like I actually had people in my corner the whole time, not just a law firm handling paperwork. If you're dealing with a stressful legal situation and want a team that will actually be there for you, I'd recommend Carbon Law Group without hesitation.

MCMURRAY HENRIKS LAW OFFICE represented my two sisters and I in wrongful death lawsuit of our…read moremother. I chose this firm because Mr. McMurray is Black, as we are, but a Caucasian female attorney took on the case and at the end treated us like trash with no rights. She used us to fight the case for two years, then at the end strong-armed us to get her way, especially me since I was spokesperson. She was quick tempered, denied us items we were entitled to, was shockingly unprofessional, immediately attacked me verbally at Zoom settlement conference when she arrived trying to make me look bad so she could get away with her bad intentions, would not let me speak to her to help our case, death of Our mother, not hers; kicked us offline so we weren't privy to what was being said regarding settlement of our case. Even her co-counsel gently tried to get her on the right track but to no avail, she was out of control and determined to have her way. After million dollar case settled for $300,000, I finally reviewed our Retainer Agreement closely, and the 30% they verbally represented law firm would receive turned out to be in contract 40%! Attorney immediately refused to correct this, so law firm still has extra $30,000 that belongs to us!!! We were taken advantage of since we were new to being litigants, totally trusted our lawyers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MCMURRAY HENRIKS Law Office to you. We the clients were treated like adversaries, and unfortunately my guard was down, didn't know I had to protect myself from my own law firm.
