I hired them to rebuild two chimneys, apply two coats of paint, caulk, rebuild a d-log siding gable, replace roof screws and put a door cover up. Seemed like everything was going great until clean up day. Next thing I know Greg is doing work he never quoted, I never authorized and was never anything I would have agreed to and telling me I owe him money. When I finally got to see the work that I authorized and paid for I was disappointed. A cable that had been attached to the prior chimney was left swing off the house. Debris from the removal of rotting chimneys was left where it fell in the yard, in the driveway and screws were left on the roof in the yard and in the driveway. The door cover is great if your 5'8" but at 5'11" you may suffer a severe head injury from its low support strut. This unsolicited work that I did agree to is bogus. I expect Greg and I will be in Court soon. My best advice to anyone reading this is to keep looking. This is not a company you want to hire. I wish I had not!

Once we started the remodel process everything was super easy and straightforward. The team did a great job on the work and even touched up the paint in some areas and hung a new light that I ordered. When I had a question about a gap between the waterfall and the wall, they immediately addressed it and the work is seamless - you can't even tell it's a false wall! The team also did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day when they left - they didn't leave so much as a speck of dust behind. I am in love with my new kitchen.

Ron always shares the pros/cons for an informed decision and is extremely communicative so we always knew how things were tracking. The vision was delivered, including some added scope, on the agreed timeline and price structure. So unreal! Here are some specifics on our project. We decided to replace all of the flooring, build a new kitchen island, create a focal fireplace facade and paint the entire interior. Ron knew we intended for this to be a short-term rental as well so every step along the way he made recommendations of materials that would accomplish the look we wanted to achieve and also provide the durability necessary for renters. We personally wanted to dedicate several weekends towards doing some of the improvements ourselves and Ron was amazing about embracing that and working through the schedule together. During those weekends I often found new projects that slightly expanded the scope, which Ron always accommodated. Since everything is a handshake with him, there was never a mess of change order agreements; he just adjusted his work plans and reflected the new work in the billing. Working with Ron from about 200 miles away felt like we were working with a next door neighbor. He has become our friend through this process and still holds a key to our home.
