There's no excuse for racially biased misogynistic behavior in 2023. Mr. Sullivan called me…read more"aggressive" for knowledgeably asking questions about billing after multiple staff members state blatantly false information, tells me I am not listening while he mansplains, and asks "how do you expect me to live on $50 for 30 minutes?" as an explanation for why it should've been obvious that all 15 minute visits have a co-pay of $50 (in actuality, $50 for 10 minutes). All odious behavior that Mr. Sullivan exhibited. And then the gaslighting responses from Mr. Sullivan being, "I'm sorry for the confusion," or "I'm sorry that you feel misled" and then aggressively repeating "I've already apologized" whenever you're stating there was a lack of transparency regarding billing practices, including on the forms signed that were recalled as "evidence" of me being informed (when in reality, it was more written "evidence" that I was misinformed). TIP for Sullivan: An appropriate response would have been, "It's an extra $20 for active release therapy, which is not covered any insurance companies. Someone should have told you beforehand, which is an error on our part. I apologize that multiple staff members misinformed you. We will try to do better in the future." Extremely inappropriate is 90+% of Mr. Sullivan's response, on top of his borderline fraudulent billing procedures and untrained staff.

I pinched the sciatica nerve in my back just by doing a simple thing like shaving my legs…read more I tried stretching to the best of my ability, icy hot, over the counter lidocaine patches which helped to a certain degree but didn't fix the issue. For me the turning point and deciding to go there to get some chiropractic care was a couple of days later when it felt the worst and I barely made it out of bed. I literally looked them up on Google and decided enough was enough and made myself go. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and empathetic towards my situation. My first week I went 3x and by the 3rd visit I was feeling much better. My second week I went twice and on both of those visits they were finally able to pop/crack my back. Its a little unsettling to hear it pop/crack. But it felt so good! I'm back to doing my daily routine while being mindful not to over do it. You can pay out of pocket, FSA account, insurance. I paid out of pocket and signed up for one of their wellness plans which was cheaper then paying for each visit individually. You can also cancel your wellness plan at any time and sign up for a maintenance plan for 35 a month. For new patients you do get an assessment and your first visit for 29.00 or 29.99 I forget the exact amount Its also a walk in without appointments and they do send a reminder text on the day of your visit. It was definitely a life saver for me, thanks!
