She took their word for it because they told her it was dangerous for her eye to have a cataract that is untreated. ( turns out , it isn't). Now she can no longer see anything but shadows in that eye. Needless to say, she wont have her other eye done there, when it actually becomes necessary. Dr. Pitts told her it was her fault because she didn't take her drops correctly. Really bad place
