Welcoming staff, customers and staff talking about local and national matters, not a word about 'Have you had your holidays, what was the weather like', etc. Just good chat in a very pleasing atmosphere. The maestro himself cut my hair. Although the shop was busy, George took time to ensure that I was satisfied with his work. Not only was I satisfied but delighted.
