I did my research and got 4 different estimates, there was really only one choice! Carpet One! They had installed the original flooring in my living areas. When I called I spoke with Rebecca King, she was absolutely delightful and we set up a time for her to come over and give me an in-home estimate. Within a day or two she got a quote to me. Once I paid a 50% deposit the flooring and materials were ordered. She was flexible with me in regards to timing since I was having crown molding installed a few days prior to the delivery of the materials so that they could acclimate properly for a few days before the actual installation. The flooring crew that came the day of the installation were professional. Even with a language barrier they knew what to do and took great care not to damage and of my things. Understand that with any contract work like this there is going to be a mess at the end! The crew did a decent job cleaning up afterwards. Enough at least to make my job a little bit easier once they left. Carpet One is easy to work with and with in 2 days after the installation I payed the other 50% once they knew I was satisfied with the work that had been done. Rebecca was excellent and easy to get a hold of when I needed her. I have even included some photos below! Thank you Carpet One!
