There is a trainer there names Daniel who speaks fluent English so you can get the help you need. All of the machines are only in German, so be prepared for that. I have updated this with the information that the protein shakes there are amazing! You can buy a card for ten shakes for 20 euros. Since I park in the Parkhaus, I just stop off there in the morning and get a shake on the way to work. It is a quick way to get some protein. The protein shakes were what sold me. For an extra 5 euros a month they give you unlimited water (with flavoring if you desire). The classes are amazing as well, they are taught by real instructors which isn't always the case.
