I frequently order parts for outdoor power equipment. I've had numerous problems with parts arriving when I'm told to expect them. At least 75% of the time I find that the parts were never ordered at all. Most folks don't like being lied to and nobody likes it repeatedly. Terry is exceptional and Joyce is very good too. We have previously had issues with warranty repairs attempting to be billed. We has a polesaw that spent months waiting for warranty service. 2/3 of our last Stihl purchases have had warranty related issues in under a month. I would never buy a Stihl product here again. I'd expect some runaround about warranty repairs. I wouldn't bank on having repair parts "next week" either. read more
