Wonderful and welcoming customer service from the patient staff at Gentofte Kommune! I've been back for help in issuing a duplicate letter for my bank and again when I couldn't get my NemID login to work. You simply press a button for you need (CPR, NemID, marriage) when you enter the building. See the picture I've uploaded to see what else you can get help for here! All the staff have good English and they don't make you feel bad for being a foreigner who hasn't learnt any Danish yet. If you live in the municipal and you have any administration problems regarding your stay in Denmark then don't be afraid to get advice here! read more

Signed in on the computer, got my photo and fingerprints taken. 5 minutes later I was on my way home on my bike. Easy and fast.
