Tattooing is an art form which you enter into as an apprentice, learn your trade over time, and then eventually become a professional tattoo artist. This has clearly not been the case here as the "artists" are still children themselves. They are the sort of people who buy a tattoo kit from the Internet and then practise on their friends. The "artwork" I have seen produced by this studio is disgracefully bad. Lines which are meant to be straight are wobbly and portraits look nothing like the realism photo effect they are supposed to have. The piercer here is of the same quality. She has completed a course which took a few days and considers herself to be a professional body piercer, which is an insult to artists who have learnt their trade and respect their art. She pierces using the blade method which has been found to be the most traumatic to the skin. The instruments are reused and therefore become more blunt with each use, again creating more trauma to the body. Please do not go here, trust me.

Fallen Angel is part of the larger Global Tattoo Studios group who also have 2 studios on the Wirral The studio is beautifully decorated, with massive attractive murals on the walls and ceilings. The studio is light and airy but also feels homely and pleasant. They offer a large range of designs to choose from but are also able to design custom work. In my experience the prices are slightly more expensive than other studios in the area but the work is of a very high quality so you will not be disappointed.

They post up all of their designs on the walls of the studio, basically displaying their portfolio for you to see. I got quite a sentimental piece done from Stefan, and I could not be happier! It was also my first colour tattoo. The tricky bit was figuring out which colours to use and which would complement my skin tone. Stefan and I went back and forth until we chose a good several pinks and purples for the design. The studio is very clean, very hygienic as well. i think these guys charge a moderate price in comparison to other shops I've visited. They charge a minimum of 40 pounds, and their hourly rate is 70 pounds. All in all, I would go back in a heart beat! :) What i like best is they respond to their emails very quickly! My mum also bought a voucher with studio13 she had her appointment cancelled twice her next appointment was this thursday i was told today that Dee the tatooist is off for the next week?? so my mums appointment will be getting cancelled for the 3rd time?? do not buy groupon vouchers for this tattoo shop it's a con they will make excuses to not give you your tattoo
