There was a mistake on the death certificate. Was charged an additional fee, which I willingly paid due to an error. That was 4 months ago. I have tried contacting them for over 2 weeks. I would not recommend dealing with a company that treats customers like this. Happy to take my money and disappear.

From the moment I contacted Jack Hagin at Brooks, until I picked up his ashes, I was treated kindly and with great compassion. There was a problem with the Medical Examiner's office and Jack gave me advice that resulted in immediate resolution.
