We went today, they took my boyfriends blood pressur. then proceeded to give him shots, kept hitting the tooth that Needed to be pulled causing him even more pain. Then after that they tell him that there isn't anything they can do because his blood pressure was too high. I get that but why did they have to make him have even more pain if they couldn't do anything? They knew it was high before they did anything. I don't appreciate that very much. read more

BAD BILLING.They wait a year right as your next checkup is coming up to tell you over the phone that you still owe money that your Insurance company didn't cover for a procedure, upon calling Insurance and finding out that there was no dispute.In fact they sent in 6 claims for the 2 other procedures that weren't covered to begin with that were paid for in full up front. Extremely fraudulent practice. They forced a purchase of a dental rinse that all other dentists prescribe for 4 dollars -stating that they don't prescribe it, and you have to pay the 55 dollars for it at there office. Come to find out it was Listerine, and luckily google saved the day and wallet on that b.s. Also, the fact that it's located in a previously dilapidated house, that still has a tub in the bathroom they covered up with foam mats, no paper towels to dry your hands with but a bath towel caused a red alarm to begin with.
