It's my mother's 2 year suicide anniversary and I struggled with fetynal addiction,I went here for help all I got was dehumanized, I had 4 people threaten me who are all on probation, the only reason they have this place from my personal observation is to get people In legal trouble a get out of jail free card. Everytime I was threatened it was in front of staff and they di nothing so I continued to voice my concern for my safety. But they didn't like that and so they gave me the boot and kicked me out I'm still sober with gods help and guidance but please hear me when I say go somewhere else you'll get the help and compassion you need just most definitely not this place good luck with recovery one day at a time read more

Genesis House and its staff take on a very difficult task and they work hard and do their best. It does not always work, but when it does it is a wonderful thing to see. Residents works hard, attend meetings and get to share their stories with others that will truly understand their struggles. After some time, if they are one of the fortunate ones, they leave there a better person. They are wiser, more focused and have a new strength and determination to succeed. I feel Genesis House is doing good work to help good people that have lost their way. I applaud their efforts.
