I asked if I should be worried, he said no. After the ultrasound, he gave me nothing to clean myself up just walked out of the room as fast as he could. Then, he had me do bloodwork 2 days apart. I did my bloodwork Monday afternoon and my hcg was 19k. Wednesday early morning my hcg was 28k. He then called me immediately as the results were in telling me my pregnancy will end in miscarriage. He just gave me a number for someone to give me misoprostol. He did not clarify what the medication was, made it sound like it was to help the pain of a miscarriage. He told me if I don't take it, it can take 4-5 months to pass. He really had nothing else to say to me besides go talk with that number, and calling it nonviable without doing a second ultrasound. I then called that number and they said they were confused because I was so early and had no follow up ultrasound, and my hcg levels were still increasing. Well I ended up going to the ER to get an ultrasound there. He completely missed the fact that I had a cyst on my right as well as a UTI. My baby now has a yolk sac, fetal pole, and a heart rate of 159 bpm. This man almost unalived my child. Super careless and dismissive to tell a pregnant woman that she is going to miscarry and then just send her off to take a pill to dispose of the pregnancy without any extra thought. He caused me stress, pain, and misery until I got my answer that my baby was ok. Please do yourself a favor and pick someone else. This man does not care. I wonder how many babies he has unalived by referring his patients to take that pill without giving any second thought. I also brought all of this to his attention and I was ignored. No apology or anything. This man deserves to have his license taken away.

Terrible experience…read more I made an appointment 5 months ago with Dr Lambert for September 23 2024 at12:40pm. Even though I was already late for my annual checkup (6 months behind), I had no choice, but to wait patiently as I really wanted Dr. Lambert to be my new gynecologist. Plus, everyone else didn't have any available appointments until ends 2024 or beginning of 2025. I purposely chose the appointment so I wouldn't have to miss a day of work. It turns out that 3 days before my appointment, I got a phone call from her office informing me that unfortunately Dr. Lambert couldn't see me Sep23 2024, that I needed to change my appointment to October 1st at 8:40 AM, which wasn't ideal for me as I would have to miss work. But I agreed because I'm already 6 months late and I can't wait any longer for her next earliest appointment, which was in November. So, yesterday September 30th I got a text asking to confirming my appointment for October 1st at 8:40am (which I did) I arrived today at 8:35am and was ready for my appointment. When I checked in the girl at the window can't find my appointment and insisted that I have NO appointment with them. I handed her my phone and showed her my confirmation text. After that she had nothing to say and with an annoyed attitude told me that unfortunately they couldn't see me today. "They would have to reschedule for November." I told them how was that possible? Why didn't they tell me ahead of time that my appointment was CANCELED AGAIN and with ZERO knowledge that it was cancelled, wasting my morning and a day of work that I will never get back. Natasha (office manager) with an annoying demeanor as well (as if I am to blame for the situation) is trying to accommodate the next closest available appointment which is in November. So I told her I have already waited 5 months for this appointment and I am already late for my annual appointment. I said do you have anything before then? She replied "I can get you an appointment with another doctor if you can't wait." I agreed and made an appointment for tomorrow October 2nd around 11am with a different doctor. I noticed the behavior of the 3 girls behind the window including the office manager was very questionable as if I am the one causing all the inconvenience or as if I am to blame for the situation. So before I left I told them why they all seemed upset when I am supposed to be the one who is upset... and I went ahead and put my ID and insurance card in my wallet and left. To my surprise, 2 minutes after I left (now driving), the office manager, Natasha, called me to cancel my appointment, because I seemed upset about the whole situation. OUTRAGEOUS!... throwing the attitude problem at me... She waited for me to leave for her to cancel the appointment she just made?!... canceling my appointment that I waited 6 months for. Just because she didn't like the fact that I pointed out her attitude. Outrageous! Don't worry. I Called Meridian group and explain the whole incident to them. They will hear from their superiors, as I will not accept their behavior, poor professionalism or customer service. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
