Everything went very smoothly and people were even crying from how wonderful the ceremony was. My sister (the bride) was very happy and so was her husband. I'm glad that everything went as planned. The ceremony was even a bit funny, thanks to Father David. He is a bit of a jokester and made the experience a great one. My favorite part of the ceremony was when my sister told the photographers to cut a part out where she mis-spoke and Father David said "What is this? Bloopers"? Everyone in the church was dying of laughter. I would highly recommend this church if you are getting married or even having a baptism. It is beautiful on the inside and outside of the church.

Christmas does something for sure to make you reevaluate your life. Where are you right now? Are You Happy? Are you fulfilled? Are you content? Are you lonely? Are you sad? Are you surrounded by people who love you and care for you? Who is not in your life right now that should be? Today HIT me hard, and for some reason I turned up at this place RIGHT at the very time the doors were open for Christmas Eve Mass (it was not planned, but I believe in fate and sometimes, someone, somewhere, whoever it is, is giving me what I need at certain times). I felt so completely desolate and alone today. I stood outside with my mask on, with tears pouring down my face right outside the nativity scene and watched loads of people enter this beautiful church. A priest saw me and beckoned me in and I just smiled and declined. In that moment I was compelled to go inside, but I wanted to be 100 per cent safe. I also saw a rainbow today, and I feel my mum was walking with me today in my loneliness and sadness. The building is old - watch your step means watch your step - but it is just fine. Pastor Bill's messages are very uplifting and relatable, so it is good for anyone no matter where you are on your spiritual journey. The staff is extremely friendly and inviting. Pastor Bill normally tries to make an effort to walk around and shake people's hands before service starts. The music is phenomenal and the singers are extremely talented and devoted. These were tall sculptured figures. You couldn't miss them. We were awe-struck at how beautiful the display was!. Not only the statues of Mary, ,Joseph and baby Jesus but also the animals, the shepards, and the Three Wise Men. A beautiful and meaningful sight to see what Christmas is really all about. We were touched deeply. We didn't go inside the church as we are not members and the church was not open.

We stumbled upon this church over 7 years ago when we registered our child for the VPK program at the affiliated school, Granada Day School. During school functions we witnessed Pastor Worth in action and fell in love with his good natured, humble & practical style of worship. He really speaks to the people and always gives great life lessons. Pastor worth is also a grandfather so he has many interesting stories & antidotes to share. All of the pastors there are wonderful. After VPK and kindergarten ended, we ended up staying with this church and haven't looked back since! The church has a strong children's program filled with activities, worship, volunteer opportunities, Bible Summer Camp, out reach programs, youth groups and much much more. We really enjoy attending the service & all of the activities. This a very friendly laid back group. No pretentiousness here! First of all it's tucked away from the bustle of South Miami in a quiet residential street. The church lot itself is large and shares space with their elementary school and church social hall. The cathedral itself is beautiful on the inside with a large inner room and great acoustics. Lighting is dim enough where it's great for quiet contemplation , and there's a skylight over the priest's podium giving it a pretty spiritual symbology. Their crucifix is original in that Christ has his arms open towards the people. In general, there's a calm vibe to this place and certainly one of the more beautiful Catholic churches I've been too!
