I have rented several things from general rental over the past year. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and deliver exceptional customer service. Most recently I needed a small excavator. I have never operated a excavator before. The owner said he would show me how to operate it in the parking lot, and then I could determine if I was comfortable with using it.
