I can't get service from you!!!!! I Have a termite inspection contract with you--and have had it for quite some time. I get your bill; I pay the bill; and you don't come!!! I call your company--repeatedly and get little satisfaction. When will someone come? I have a similar situation with the lawn service--although I don't pay that bill until your men come to spray--which seems to be seldom. How do you stay in business? read more

Used them for years and am just now getting onto the Yelp train so i figured, why not? They have taken care of all my needs flawlessly for years. if i ever have a problem all i have to do is call and they will get someone on it as soon as possible. I have called and had someone stop by the same day! They took care of my spiders, gophers and that damn skunk that kept coming around. They also have a termite system around my house they check yearly to keep the termites from destroying my house! Worth every penny! read more

He showed up when he said he would, he built the fence back better than it was before, and charged a fair price! They showed up late, had no clear idea what they were doing, and wasted a lot of time just "figuring things out" while charging by the minute. The pricing felt like a bait-and-switch. I was given one estimate, and by the time they were done, the bill had jumped way higher with random charges that made no sense. When I questioned it, they got defensive instead of explaining anything clearly. What's worse--the problem wasn't even fixed properly. Within a short time, the issue came back, and I had to hire another plumber to actually do the job right. So I basically paid twice. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. There are way better, honest plumbers out there. I would never use this company again.
