They seem to have a high turnover. (Whoever has done a good job with my nails, I stick with that person whenever I book for the next one. I am about loyalty.) They hardly speak any English and the owner is rude. Since the lady that I like doing my nails left, they had another person designated to help me for that visit. I have never seen her before and she seemed unsure of what to do with my nails. So, I was pointing out to her what she has missed. She then, said something to the owner in their language and the owner began yelling (she was by the entrance and I was towards the back) at me to relax and let the girl do my nails and that I am always hard. I didn't know what that meant so I asked her. She couldn't explain herself. She kept talking and I just couldn't believe that she was arguing with me, her customer. After finishing with her own customer, she took over the girl's seat and finished my nails. I will never recommend this place because the owner is always hostile. You can never communicate with any of them because they all speak their language. I would like to go to a place where I know I can be taken care of properly. I would like to go to a place where it is peaceful to relax. Clearly, Pro Happy Nails is not the place to be happy and not really professionals.

What a pleasant surprise from the norm! She ended up telling me to get right there that she would get me done before her next appointment. Wow, did she do a great job! She took the time to learn about my nails, what I do for a living to see how they would wear and what would suit best! I loved this since I've had it all done before and was on a "nail break". She gave me exactly what I wanted, was able to offer lots of different options and BONUS....she gave me a HAND MASSAGE ladies and hot towels when she was done with my nails!!!! Icing on the cake!
