This place is full of crap I have seen dog houses built better than they buildings The buildings I have from them you can see straight out the top and sides of the wall They refuse to come fix it because they have their money already RTO is backing them up My suggestion to you all is keep your money go to Graceland or dirksen and by the way I don't sell for neither of those companies and I don't too much care for them either However they have the best products so with that being said run while you can oh and if you mention about suing them the owner going to let you know that he's a 10 million man just like he told me He should use some of that money to pay for some decent contractors I hope they let me post pictures Oh and just in case I have not mentioned They use wood on the inside of your building that has already start growing mode None of their lumber are pressure treated and they're going to lie and say it is don't believe them I forgot to mention they even signed my documents and I told RTO what they done RTO told me I was still responsible for this building real bad finance company for consumers but a good finance company for someone that's going to help them steal That's called racketeering read more

As a general FYI to all consumers in Shreveport, if you are looking for portable storage, sheds, shops, carports, etc, I would highly advise that you DO NOT use GEMCO Building Systems. They sell you incorrect building materials and then charge you to fix their mistakes. They also take it upon themselves to edit signed documents to add extra charges that are not approved by the customer. When the customer asks for clarification regarding the discrepancies, they are given the run around. If you are looking for a pleasant upfront and honest experience, I'd recommend anyone other than them. read more

Gemco has been jacking us around for months at this point. First, they said that the shed is built and they need to drop it off but they won't be able to place it or level it right away. We asked them to just hold off until they are able to do a complete and through job on the installation. About a week after that, they randomly showed up with the shed but didn't bring the equipment necessary to put it where we wanted it. In hindsight, I wonder if this was strategized chaos. We talked to a number of managers in the company and felt comfortable that they would come place and level the shed at a later date. Somewhere in the confusion, we said, "Wait, what about the financing?" Before purchase, we were offered 24 months same-as-cash or 3.5% interest. While the driver was running over our plants and his sidekick was building a pyramid of bricks in our yard and they dumped the shed on the grass, we quickly set up financing over the phone with no signatures or documents or anything else. The first document that I was able to acquire after all of this was a bill in the mailbox revealing that we ended up with 20% interest on a 48 month loan. Meanwhile, the shed has just been sitting on the grass where they dumped it, crooked and leaning and everything, for about a month. We were able to contact the finance company who suggested that we speak with someone named Casey at Gemco, but Casey has been unavailable all week and the only person that we can reach at Gemco is some new guy who can only respond with, "I dunno..." We really just want them to come pick up the shed and get out of all of this Gemco business... read more

My sister and I had a really bad experience with another portable building company this morning, so we're very upset when we got there. Casey was very polite and we bought a building from him. If more people were like him instead of looking down their noses the world would be a better place. Thank you Casey. read more
