I dropped off my info at HR Block expecting a review or discussion of what would be the best way to file. Nope. They filed a couple of EZ returns and charged me $242. They never talked to me once, asked a single question, or took into consideration that I'm below the Poverty line and on Medicaid. This is immediately after HR block lost a lawsuit for hiding options to free file from their customers. Apparently they learned nothing from the lawsuit and willing screw over individuals who can least afford it. I've complained several times and all I got was one voicemail asking me to call back. Can't reach anyone, bunch of crooks.
