Hired on contingency for breach of warranty claim against Polestar (used Polestar 2, multiple repair attempts, open recalls). Contract explicitly covered "failure to conform to warranty" and buyback. They accepted the case, took 4 months of my time, documents, and evidence, sent a demand, then dropped me when Polestar denied, saying they "don't pursue breach of warranty claims." This contradicts the retainer and their website, which advertise used-vehicle warranty breach cases. Wasted 4 months and now starting over. Avoid if you have a used-car warranty issue. read more
