This is a cozily tucked away gem on a street just off the main pedestrian area in Heidelberg…read more Walking into the store is liken to time traveling to the 19th century: it's super quaint and charming, shelves filled with so many varieties of artisan chocolates and tins of hot chocolate and coffee to purchase as gifts or for yourselves. We ordered the hot chocolate and chose to leave it au natural, versus add one of the many aromas and flavors they offer. The drink was rich, thick, and velvety. It's what hot chocolate is supposed to taste like. We savored every drop. Run, don't walk to this chocolate confection heaven. It's now a staple for every visit to Heidelberg.
