The lady in the store seriously did NOT want to sell us gelato…read more To begin: 1) Flavors were all labeled incorrectly 2) If you don't speak Italian, the service provider will curse at you constantly like you are an idiot 3) No trying samples (not unheard of in Italy but still sucks) 4) The straw that broke the camel's back was when she told me if I wanted one scoop, I had to have a cone. If I wanted a cup, I had to get a minimum of 2 scoops. At this point I concluded she didn't actually have any interest in making a sale and walked out to another gelateria around the corner (La Bottega del Gelato), where I didn't have any of these problems.
