They are made by the owner Tommaso himself who has many years in crafting unique flavors in artisanal gelato making, no artificial flavor here. My favorite is Licorice and salty and sweet Pistachio. Sooo good. Tommaso was so kind to me and my friend to show his laboratorio in the back of his shop. I told him I will work for free when I am in Lucca on vacation Lol ! I will be here for two months I hope he takes my offer! I can taste all flavors when he makes them fresh everyday! I highly recommend La Bottega del Gelato for sure!
