If you haven't tried fior di latte (which is basically just milk flavored), then you should try it! It sounds like it would be very plain, but sometimes, it's the simplest things that are the best. I also got the pear gelato, which was good and actually paired well with the fior di latte. It was a little more granular and less creamy than the other milk-based gelato, but the flavor is spot on -- it tasted just like a ripe pear.
