As one that rarely gets entangled with the law, finding myself in a "post Friendsgiving-accident…read moreturned pending-DUi-scenario" left me iNSTANTLY intimidated, scared, perplexed, and in-shock, with mounting dread and no one to turn to. Jonathan Schwab was my first call and, iMMEDiATELY, I was able to get into his office to assess the situation and discuss the matters, possibilities and options of my new reality at hand. Luckily for me, my budget and Jon's expertise were able to join forces to become OUR scenario. Jon and his office's calm and competent capabilities were able to lead my inexperienced self through the entire legal process - while also providing much needed gravity and an undeniable sense of support along the way. Suggestions and strategies were ALWAYS paired with perspective and insight. No phone call, email, question or text ever went unanswered. And when it comes to communication, cooperation and having that firm understanding that we are all on the same team with the same mission and the same plan, Jon and his team were beyond remarkable!!! We were able to strive toward a conclusion which I found to be beyond fair and left me 110% satisfied, and in a window of time that was super-timely, yet still allowed for some helpful common sense strategies to be applied to my case. I whole-heartedly recommend Jonathan Schwab and his team! Jon is also a Husband, Father and family man. He has a natural Heart and passion for people and service that extend beyond his personal life and that he chooses to lean into within his professional dealings as well.

I cannot say enough positive things about David Crouse and Associates. We were fortunate enough to…read moreretain Mr. Crouse's services several years ago, and he has fought tooth and nail for us in ongoing custody issues and parenting plan modifications, both major and minor. Mr. Course handled each and every dispute with the same professionalism and compassion as he did when he handled the big stuff in the beginning, and never once did we feel like our issues didn't matter to him. He dotted every 'i' and crossed every 't' and even after my case was fully resolved, I can still see the benefits of hiring such an excellent attorney. If you want the cheapest lawyer out there, trust me when I say you get what you pay for. Mr. Crouse is not the least expensive attorney in Spokane, but considering the caliber of attorney you are getting, he is worth every damned penny. My sincerest thank you to David Crouse and Associates for making me feel like my family matters as much to you as they do to me.

I shared the post when the people next door moved in. So two mailboxes were on the post in the right of way near the mutual property line. Most importantly, after evidentiary review, Ms. Bolton agreed with my decision to fight the charges. No ifs, ands or butts. Charges were dismissed before trial:)

He waited until he got my money ($14,000 cash in total) and then let me know he was going to drop me as his client right after a court hearing with no warning. His reason? Since I had recently quit a toxic job, he was concerned that I would no longer be able to pay him. The nerve for him to say this after me giving him my life savings to help me get my child back. He told me he would have to file a motion to withdraw as my attorney, and that I had to sign it and agree, otherwise he would "take me on in court and I wouldn't stand a chance against him." I later realized I had the right to not let him withdraw as my attorney at that point, as we were headed for a trial in just a few months, but he lied to me and basically told me I had no choice. Not only this, but he failed in every way possible as my attorney. He did absolutely nothing to help my case. At one point, I kid you not, he referred to himself as a "Ferrari driving you to Vegas that needs to be filled with premium gasoline"....when I asked him why his going rate was $450 an hour when all he did during the time I was with him is play on his tablet, brag about himself, and use AI to write his paperwork in court. He is a complete narcissist and also formerly a judge from California. He decided to become a lawyer just for the money, and it shows. He doesn't care about people, or families, or integrity.
