She deftly answered all of my questions and explained how one cooks the delightful Swiss treat: Saucison. Among the few varieties of Saucison, ready-to-eat sausages are to be found as well. I opted for a Wildschweinwurst and a 'scharf' Wurst. --not really so piquant as I had hoped, but still tasty. The cheese selection isn't bad, either. I spied a blue cheese from Romandie, a really potent Vacherin, goat and sheeps cheeses and, tis the season, raclette and fondue cheeses. This place also stocks beans from a new coffee roaster, Cococoro, located just down the road in Kreis 3. Wine, beer, among a few other things, are all neatly arranged for one's perusal. This cosy joint is a must-visit, when in town.
