Period. I wish I knew this ahead of time and didn't waste a lot of money for a very underwhelming, extremely overpriced facial treatment, with lots of talking and zero relaxation.
The Beauty "House" itself is old and not as modern as advertised on the website. It's also really chilly inside.
The appointment started late, was cut shorter than advertised online and all the products were smelling kind of funky. From the moment you sit down until you leave you are being advertised and sold to, because the owner's sister produces her own skin care products. Well, no way I'm going to pay 50+ Euros for a super small bottle of organic smelly creams.
Everything that was put on my face that day ended up breaking me out even though I washed it off at home immediately. Thank goodness I didn't have any plans afterwards because my face was super red and blotchy.
Never again. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere, since there are plenty of options in Düsseldorf.
