One of the glass panels was slightly chipped (noticeable only very slightly) from the manufacturers during shipping and Terri arranged for a replacement right away. Brian and Jeff came in a second time and reinstalled it with a smile. I realized when they came for the shower enclosure measurements that Clear Image was also the company my condo's landscape company had used when they had broken my storm door with a pebble that was flung by the trimmer while cutting the grass.
