When I call the station in Hagerstown md they are unaware about the transmitter being out. There just plain awful, low budget, and 90% of the time off the air.

Max Oates is the best spinner that I have ever listened to. He not only knows the history of what he spins but has actually personally met most of the artists. This personal touch makes the listener feel as though they have a personal connection with each and every musician. Max is an amazing person that I have had the honor to meet and has the ability with his words & style to make you feel like you were there for every concert.
