Two show up late, and the third arrives nearly 2 hours later. One of the cleaners who showed up on time spent a good amount of time on her cell phone. The owner waived one of the hours worked but there were many areas missed. This was a scheduled "move in deep clean", I was thoroughly disappointed for $325. She offered to come back to look at the missed areas but then stood me up, claiming to have texted the wrong number and never attempted to reschedule. Very disappointed in the service and follow-up. Would not recommend.

Well if I could give zero stars…read more.. I live in Arizona and I had this wonderful idea to gift my in-laws, who live in Wisconsin, a house cleaning service for a day. We visit them every 4th of July and my idea was to have a cleaning crew come to their house after we left to clean so they did not have to. They are older and its hard for them when we leave. So, I contacted American Maid Cleaning Services, who I found in my google search, and requested some pricing for their 5 bedroom, 3 bath lake house. I was greeted with a lovely response, that I was a scammer and to not contact them again. I responded to clarify that I was indeed NOT a scammer and just wanted some pricing and availability for their home. No response was received after that. So quickly to write me off, that's so nice of them! Do not recommend, zero stars. What a joke.
