I did…read morehave a bit of a wait, but while I was I waiting, I asked a question and a staff member that wasn't going to be doing my file very nicely offered to help me with my questions. I did end up having my appointment before he could get to me but he did double check and called out my name. The lady who served my tax return was very nice and actually ended up being from my hometown. It was a really great welcoming experience to have my taxes done here today.

After years of waiting for return calls, watching emails go unanswered and watching the service…read morefees rise continuously with no added benefit, I had had enough. It is basically a one-person shop that cannot function via email/internet. The wait time and delays are lengthy. Also the amount for accounting fee (on your return) is entered by them! BUT!! they entered far less than what they charge. Kinda shady.
