We called to get an estimate. For some reason he could not talk, would call right back. 3 hours later my husband called him. On the day he was to look at the tree, he left us waiting for several hours. When he did get here, he never knocked on the front door but went behind the house to look at the tree by himself. We didn't know he was on the property until the dog started barking. He gave an estimate. The senior discount was if we paid in cash. If not, he would charge state tax, LOL. He said he would be back to take the big limb, that fell onto the neighbor's property on a day or two. My husband called on day 3 to ask if he was coming over and he said, "No, I don't work today", as this was Sunday. When my husband reminded him that he was to be here a day or two earlier, this business man got belligerent, yelled, called my husband names and told him to kiss his a...when he was told that we wouldn't need him to take the tree down and would hire someone else. Don't waste your time with this company. I guess a thousand dollars (which includes the sales tax) which he quoted in his estimate was not an incentive enough to keep his word. Horrible customer service. They agreed to do a job and then never showed up. When we called repeatedly (over the span of about 3 months) to ask when they were coming, we were told they didn't know and would leave the owner a message.
