So we stumbled upon this cafe and asked to be seated on the terrace! It was so charming and cute! We had the whole terrace to ourselves! We wanted a light dinner so I got a grilled chicken salad and my bf got a chicken sandwich! The grilled chicken was very flavorful and juicy! Great and friendly staff and the ambiance was so romantic! It was so cute! I would definitely want to come back to try their brunch menu!

I ordered a flat white, which was solid--smooth, nicely balanced, no complaints. But then I tasted my friends' drinks... and wow, I definitely missed out. They had variations of coffee and chocolate drinks, and every single one I tried was really, really good. Rich, velvety, and chocolatey without being overly sweet. That touch of chocolate added so much depth without overpowering the coffee. The guy at the counter was incredibly kind and patient with our group and gave genuinely great recommendations. You could tell he knew the menu well and really wanted people to enjoy what they ordered. All around, this place just hits the mark--cozy atmosphere, great drinks, and top-notch service. I'll definitely be back next time, and I'm going straight for the chocolate.

We came here at 09:30am on a Sat morning. I'm usually a Starbucks guy but no one can argue against the fact that little coffee shops like these offer higher quality brews, cause that's just a fact. It's near the Brick steakhouse which I will be reviewing tonite on my third visit. In the morning it's a chill vibe cause the adjacent restaurants are mostly closed but later in the day you will enjoy a more lively atmosphere due to bustling people in the nearby restaurants and bars.

So to see a place where you didn't have to sit down for a meal in order to have a coffee was a boon! They made me a cappuccino and laced it so heavily with cinnamon it was like a cinnamon latte. The espresso was okay, not bad. In general, this is as close to a Starbucks as you can imagine in the town of Chapala. I don't understand the practice of waiting till the customer is served to get payment because I was ready to pay after I ordered the coffee....just seems a better, quicker flow. But hey, nobody is interested in more efficient transaction flow here. The coffee was acceptable and offered with a smile. I got it in a "portable" cup with a well-fit lid and was able to have it in the car. Wowweeee.

It's not starbucks but it still tastes just as good. Bravo Coffee Hour!!
