I wasn't sure what to expect when I said it was my first time trying it but deffo did not expect a whole kava CEREMONY (I loved it). I got to try straight kava, kava with creamer, and kava chai flavoured (this was my favourite). While I didn't feel a "kava buzz," my body felt more relaxed and I had less back pain (I've been dealing with muscle pains due to working physical jobs for a few years now).
