The secretary set up a phone consultation with one of the attorneys for me. The day of the consultation, the attorney canceled and rescheduled. I paid them $50 for a five minute phone conversation so they could ask for a $3500 retainer on a civil case that was only worth $2200. I said no thank you. They left me with the impression that they are uncaring.

If I didn't, they would bill me. When I tried to protest this, I was literally screamed at on the phone and they threatened to take me to court. It was incredibly unprofessional, not to mention bullying behavior. I highly recommend that everybody steer clear of Keith and Associates. They are unethical.
