LOVE LOVE LOVE this little Roseburg gem. Every time I've gone here I'm greeted with the the biggest smiles and the warmest, most welcoming atmosphere. All the custom coffee creations are made with love and can tell that the employees really care about the customers experience. There aren't any piles of unmixed sugar at the bottom of my cup, no overflowing crema dripping down the sides onto my hands, and the food...chefs kiss! The new owner seems to really have put her heart and soul into this quaint little downtown coffee shop and it shows. The modern warm decor, natural sunshine through the storefront windows, and the quiet lull of of laughter and good conversation between friends and family as they sip their favorite drinks, all comes together nicely to bring a sense of homestyle comfort that this area desperately needed. read more

We needed coffee and we're in the area we got parking right in front. This place is small but so cute. The decor is definitely a 5. You walk in and see the menu and they have a ton of treats they sell. I ordered a French toast latte and my husband a lavender latte. There's 4 small tables some seating outside. I just moved to Roseburg, and as a vegetarian, I was a bit apprehensive that I wouldn't find many options for good food, much less a good cafe to spend a slow morning at. Gathering grounds has definitely quelled my fears, as this was an amazing experience. The coffee was excellent, with lots of options and monthly specials. The food was exceptional, I got the vegan quiche and the avocado toast. The price was a little high but was definitely worth it. Staff was nice and the ambiance was incredibly inviting. I am new to town and was looking for a place where I can do work. This cafe is SO cute. Their Lavender Dream is an absolute must try. Employees are super friendly and knowledgable with the menu. Extremely COVID friendly - all employees have their mask above their nose and every table is cleaned periodically and after each guest. WiFi is fast and tables are 6 ft apart with curtains to help with proper social distancing. I heard the food is good, but have not tried it yet. Regardless, I will definitely be back! read more

I went to this coffee shop because I thought it was related to the original wonderful Gathering Grounds coffee in Klamath Falls. It is not! It is not cool that this coffee ship took the name of another successful and high quality coffee shop in Klamath Falls. The Roseburg coffee tasted burnt unlike the carefully roasted Klamath Falls Gathering Grounds coffee. The Roseburg cafe should change their name. read more
