The nurses aides were the best at taking care of my every need. They were friendly kind and very good at their job. The PT and OT staff were the best at getting me to take care of myself and to get me walking again. I can't say enough of the very professional care I received at Manor Care in Peters Township. She was sent to Manor Care Bethel Park from the hospital for rehab. She is now a full time resident there. From the first day we walked through the door the treatment of my mother and our family Jason been excellent. Danielle Brown in admissions was Very informative and has made herself available not only to my family and has gone above and beyond to help my mother out with things like her IPad and phone. She has been our families life line to my mother in many ways. Darlene at the front desk goes out of her way when we call to check on my mother or have a visitation. Gail the nursing supervisor (I think) has kept us up to date constantly about my mothers care. Rehab has also done a wonderful job, even though my mom is 90 they have got her up walking with a walker in less than 3 weeks after surgery. I know not everybody is going to be pleased all the time,but coming from a family of health professionals who have been on the other side of things, I know that every person at this facility has my mothers best interest in mind and does the best they can possibly do. Is my mother always happy or pleased NO, but at 90 she wasn't always happy or pleased living with us. She can be and is some times a spitfire but everyone has accepted that and works well with her. Thank You everyone at ManorCare for working as hard as you do and doing all you can to provide good care to the residents.

They do not answer the call buttons for 3 hours or more. The staff of nurses are uncaring forgetful and punitive to the patients. They messed up my medications and became angry and blaming to the patient and family when questioned. The facility is dirty with crusted with fecal material in the rooms and the shower room is filled with mold crawling up the walls. Staying in this facility was extremely stressful hectic unsanitary and unhealthy. Do not go anywhere near here.

SO, I DID THAT then in the end they denied her WHO DOES THAT? HORRIBLE people here do not go there they are absolutely cruel just pure CRUEL. I went through all that followed BALDWIN's guidance and they left my mom out in the street basically. UNBELIEVABLE that is disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves! The location is fairly easy to get to. The open floor gym area is equipped with everything you could possibly imagine needing in this type of facility! Attention to you and your specific needs after surgery is what they are all about! Encourage you when you are getting low, pushing you when ready to give up!
