Your child is only a number to them. I do not make this up. Your child will have earned 8 stripes and you'll have seen nothing learned. Think of your typical martial arts dojo. They're not usually full of 300 students. This company prides themselves for having one of the largest martial arts companies in the country. There is no cap of how many kids are in a class. It's like a family having 20 kids. There is no way that you can attend to all of those kids and make sure that the needs are getting met. My husband and I decided this week that we were ready to end my son's 3 year contract. We knew we'd need to pay to get out and we never acted like we wouldn't. We kept asking what we needed to do bc our son had stop showing interest and had been in too long to spend that type of money. Sensei Jess tried to convince me on the phone and was unsuccessful. Then Sensei Michael tried every bullying, abrasive, angry man tactic that he could muster up to tell us why we should bump our child up to the next level and have him come more days out of the week if he's bored. He started talking down about us having him in other activities like baseball and basketball. I decided to connect my husband and he pretty much said we don't want to continue this how do we get out. Michael constantly cut him off, was snippy and unprofessional. He finally said something along the lines of if he doesn't want to be here we don't want him here. I have other kids to let in. We paid half of what we owed on the contract. A few days later I hear from friends that go to the same dojo that he was talking about us to the entire class. Saying he banned us and my husband was being disrespectful, which he NEVER was. Another friend said in her class he talked about it all week that he was "firing kids!!" ‍‍ how are you firing or banning someone that already asked to get out of the contract. He is so butt hurt and thought his bullying tactics would fly!! Trust me when I tell you DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT SIGN THAT THREE YEAR CONTRACT!! Find a studio with one discipline. Why be a Jack of all trades but a master of none?! RUN FOR THE HILLS!! So many parents are complaining and want to get out but are in a contract. Both of my kids have achieved their black belts and my daughter is a state champion! Yongsa knows they have a great product and they don't lock you into a contract or charge belt testing fees. Well this review is based on an old training session with Manu Ntoh. For starters Manu is a very…read moretalented fighter and he has a very proven track record to back that claim. However, when it comes to teaching and accountability this is when this guy begin to suck big time. I remember when he used to teach at Obake which was located off Roswell rd at the time. When that school shut down he transferred to Alliance Martial Arts and basically brought his same system of problems with him. He was always late for classes, he did not care for students progress and neither did he give them tips to improve. Most of his students including the senior ones was very undisciplined, it wasn't uncommon for fights to break out inside the classroom periodically. And with that said with my own two eyes, I saw it happened 7 times with some guys who was here for a free trail lesson and it was always the same 3 students being the instigators. Why not cancel their membership or have them arrested? I think this dude can care less about his students progress and more concerned about how many he locks in on a 1 year contract. Well this is my two cents on his school

I want to share my bad experience with X3 Sports. Before my contract ended in July, I tried to…read morecancel it in June to avoid being put into a buying relationship after July. They directed me to their website to cancel, which I did. I didn't think much of it until I received an email in August telling me that I would be eligible for cancellation in September, which was not true. It wasn't long before I discovered I was locked into a "subscription trap." They kept withdrawing money from my account for three months, totaling $450.00! This made me really frustrated and upset. I ended up having to reach out to my bank and cancel my card. I thought X3 Sports would be more helpful and clear about cancellations. I warn others to be careful if they think about joining X3 Sports because getting out of this "subscription trap" is very difficult.
