They are an honest shop and stand by their work. All used parts are bagged and tagged to the equipment to show they have been replaced. I read some really ridiculous negative comments. This is not a place for the faint at heart or Soccer Mom's to hang out. They are not interested in your life's drama. If you plan to do business with them, show some respect and professionalism will be returned. This is a very friendly company to work with, who will often refer to their customers by name. The grass catcher was not made for my ZT mower (we knew this before the purchase) so I though I could probably fab something up to make it fit. Jim let me come back in the store and take all the measurements I needed on the catcher and the Exmark that it was designed for. We both talked about ideas on how to do it. The next day I built a plate for my mower and took it back to Dan's to see if it fit. It did but Jim had said the metal that I welded on may be too thin to hold the catchers weight. I though it was fine because I was able to lift the catcher with it. I purchased the catcher went home and used it and it worked flawlessly, except the metal that was holding the catcher started to bend once the catcher was full of grass. Then it hit me, Jim wasn't talking about the empty weight he knew the weight that mattered is the weight of when the catcher is full. So I did exactly what he said and got a thicker metal to hold the catcher and account for all the weight. Thank you Jim for all your help.

Told them they should have called and gave me the choice of spending $60 to fix a $120 weed eater, to which he replied, "then I'll keep yours and you can go buy a new one." I told him to put it back the way it was, which he said he couldn't. Rip off artists. Business will be gone in six months if they treat everyone this way.

Off the bat she told it's 30$ just drop it off and check it. Ok so I got a call a week later it was 42$ for the washer and install. Also the gas tank had a crack in it which I had patch it with a hardner. New dual gas line and spark plug & $225 more. I deny it since my weed eater started no problem and worked. So I pick it up later at home I gas it up a new crack and it won't stay on. So I won't be coming back and won't recommend it friends and family. Time to find a new repair shop
