Twas the day before Christmas 2019 and we were visiting family from Washington and managed to get a puncture in the tire on the suburban. It was around 2:00 in the afternoon and we called and spoke to "Russ" and he said to bring it in and he would take care of it. Needless to say we flew in there as the rest of the state had closed down to spend Christmas with their families. True to his word Russ took awesome care of us, even taking the time to answer questions about every step in his process, and what machines he was using, to my oldest son who was very interested. Russ is an awesome guy and provided amazing service to my family on a day he could have been spending with his! I really could not recommend this shop any more!
