I was charged 20 quid a door and as i live in Torfaen, they picked them up and dropped them off for 30 bucks!! Bargain!! also the customer service was second to none!! all seven doors were dipped in just three days, they rang me half hour being collecting and dropping off. 1st Call Roofing came out and replaced what they said were broken tiles, even though they also said…read morethere was no sign of water ingress. They said it looked like the problem was actually mossy gutters so they cleaned the gutters. And charged £300. The issue got worse. I had to threaten them to get them back. They came back and said it was now a blocked downpipe. So how come they didn't see that in the first place. And that I should replace the gutters and they couldn't do that for £300. Meanwhile I had another roofer look and he said the whole problem was the gutters and he could have cleaned them for £60 but better, replaced them for £170. 1st Call are Rip off merchants.
