George did not finish the job he was paid for. The gate we paid for is not finished and is falling. We have tried many times to get to come back and finish. He doesn't answer our calls anymore and when call from a different number he does answer and promises to come and fix it but hasn't. George came out for an estimate within an hour of my call. Had an estimated cost on the spot and in writing within that same evening! For a little extra cost and effort on both our parts he was able to get our ranch logo to replace the old ducks that were on the center design of the old gate. And they restored the gate for us and painted everything. George and his crew did an exceptional job for turning our old rusted swing gate in to an automated gate with keypad and clickers. These guys installed a new gate opener as they said we needed one due to our old one being non functional. Since they installed a brand new system we assumed they would stick around as our servicing company. However after numerous service calls, they completely ghosted us and will not respond. This led us to have to seek another company when our gate opener and keypad stopped working. This other company charged us hefty additional fees for labor to remote and send in the opener as an RMA repair to the manufacturer. Also now we are being told that because the keypad and remotes are a different brand than the opener, they cannot figure out how to get them to work together. We are now going to have to spend a lot more money since George will not respond. The gate debacle has dragged out and upset our tenants. Also, our pool servicing company has had a hard time getting in to service the pool which has led to green algae growth, and additional filter cleanings and algaecide treatments. We're very unhappy. read more

We contacted George Diaz in early summer 2021 and contracted for 3 custom yard gates. He and a crew of 2 came to our home within a couple of weeks and sunk/cemented 3 posts and left 1 post hole open and then jimmied the existing 2 gates where they do not now work. We haven't seen him since and it is now over 6 months later. He collected compensation for gate materials and will not return our phone calls to give us a date for completion. read more
