Kephart Handyman is actually two brothers, Barry & Bill Kephart, and they just finished up a job for me. I had a list of the usual handyman-type tasks that needed to be done - replacing an electrical outlet, replacing the puck lights above my kitchen sink, replacing the weatherstripping around a door and painting a room, plus one bigger job - replacing an exterior French door. They did all of that for a reasonable price and they did a very good job, too! All through the process, they communicated with me regularly. They showed up when they said they would and they cleaned up after themselves, too! I highly recommend Kephart Handyman and will definitely be calling them again when I've got more work that needs to be done.

I have used Kephart Handyman Services for several years. They have installed exterior lighting,…read morepower vents on our roof, repaired/replaced exterior wood that was rotted, replaced damaged fascia and soffetts, and painted the exterior of our house. Barry's brother Bill installed a PlexiDor through-the-wall dog door; also, Bill replaced my back door which was beginning to rot with an energy efficient door. Bill and the rest of the crew appear to take pride in their work and clean up after themselves. They are all kind and respectful. I like and trust them all. Barry prepares the estimates and schedules the work. While the work was in progress Barry came by our house almost everyday to insure the timeliness and quality of the work. If I ask Barry a question that he doesn't know the answer to he doesn't blow smoke; instead he says he doesn't know but will find the answer and get back to me. I feel I can trust someone like that. Barry is a pleasure to deal with. I hope they stay in business for a long time. I recommend Kephart Handyman Services with out hesitation.

One of my cars is inoperable and he was even able to complete the job with one car still parked in my garage. He also came all the way to Pearland from the Cypress/Katy area to help me. His prices are great. I was concerned I would need to purchase a new door. Fortunately my awesome roofer referred me. Carlos replaced the strut/s and lube rollers with hinges in addition to straightening out the bends in my door. My roofer advised Carlos would likely charge me around $200, and months later when I finally got around to calling Carlos, he charged me a very reasonable $220. Right on the money and a great bargain. Woot! I'm beyond pleased with Carlos' work and recommend him highly to everyone.
